The Facilities Engineering Team Lead will provide technical leadership for facility performance across a major unconventional oil and gas asset.The role combines engineering expertise, operational problem-solving, commissioning, process safety, and people leadership.You will lead facility engineers embedded within route teams, ensuring surface equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.The position has direct influence on production reliability, operating costs, facility optimization, and long-term asset performance.You will work closely with Production, Maintenance, Reliability, Construction, Commissioning, and Program Engineering teams.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity requiring both field presence and the ability to develop high-performing engineering talent.Based in Denver with approximately 25% field travel, the role offers a high-accountability environment focused on safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
