The Role & Impact As a Senior Product Manager in Banking Experience, you will own the reconciliation review experience, the human layer that sits on top of Auto Bank Rec (ABR), one of the biggest Xero product launches last year. ABR uses AI to automatically reconcile bank transactions for small businesses and accountants, and as we invest further in automating that work, the review experience becomes the critical part: it lets customers trust the automation and move to a healthy reconciliation state faster. You will drive time-to-value, the core metric for our global banking suite, by pushing this experience from today's manual checks toward true management by exception where routine reconciliation happens automatically and people only step in for what genuinely needs their judgement.
