We are looking for an Expert Technical Game Designer to architect and own complex design systems in Unreal while delivering high-quality implementations at high velocity. You will define scalable workflows and pipelines, remove execution friction, and raise throughput of the team.
Responsibilities:

Architect scalable gameplay systems and personally drive them from prototype to production-ready implementation, maintaining high output without sacrificing systemic integrity or performance.

Identify and eliminate technical and workflow bottlenecks that slow iteration, increasing team throughput and reducing rework.
