About the Role We’re looking for an experienced International Executive Recruiter to lead searches across OpenAI’s Business organization, with a primary focus on EMEA and APAC hiring. This is a high-impact role focused on hiring exceptional talent across international markets. You’ll partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs, shape search strategy, understand regional talent markets, and engage candidates who can help build and scale OpenAI’s international business organization. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, strong partnership skills, international recruiting experience, and a deep understanding of how technology companies operate across global markets. You should be comfortable advising stakeholders, navigating regional hiring nuances, and representing OpenAI thoughtfully with senior talent across EMEA and APAC.
