Executive Engagement Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Executive Engagement Marketing Manager based in Canada. This role is responsible for delivering high-touch executive engagement and hospitality programs across the Americas. You will turn program strategy into polished execution, building the operational systems, communications, workflows, and tracking needed for successful experiences. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and external partners, you will engage senior decision-makers at strategic accounts. You’ll manage multiple complex workstreams while navigating changing priorities and ambiguity. The role combines project management, marketing operations, executive audience engagement, and event execution. It is an opportunity to improve how premium programs are delivered at scale while directly supporting broader business and relationship-building objectives.
