Position Summary

The Executive. Director - Regional General Manager role is a critical leadership position that will have oversight for two territories of ~10-12 states and $300M+ revenue each related to the Signify Health Business. The Regional General Manager will be expected to drive business planning, stakeholder / goal alignment and leadership communications for their territories and will ultimately be responsible for all associated outcomes (volumes/revenue targets for all Signify Health products, provider efficiency and effectiveness measures, general service quality / delivery metrics).

Over the last 5 years, Signify Health’s business has grown ~500% organically with the core operating model–including planning and forecasting–continuing to be conducted at the national level. In 2024, Signify segmented key operational functions into a regionalized structure with four regions owning planning and execution in their territory. The Regional General Manager will be the overall leader and decision maker with oversight for the core team for two of the four regions (two Regional General Managers with oversight for the full country).

This role is ideal for someone looking to have significant accountability and ownership for outcomes with a background in strategy, operations, analysis and stakeholder management. This leader will have a high degree of interaction with executive leadership, daily contact with key stakeholders across all business functions, and is seen as a development role for future leaders of the organization.

This role may be based anywhere in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates in the Central and Eastern time zones.
