This senior leadership role will shape and execute the global medical strategy for late-stage hematology assets across CLL, MCL, MZL, and WM.You will help translate scientific evidence and clinical insights into strategies that support patients, physicians, payers, and healthcare decision-makers.The role spans medical strategy, evidence generation, launch readiness, scientific engagement, and post-marketing activities.You will work closely with clinical development, commercial, market access, patient advocacy, and regional medical teams in a highly collaborative environment.The position offers significant visibility with senior internal leaders and external scientific experts worldwide.Success requires scientific rigor, strategic thinking, strong execution, and the ability to influence across a complex global matrix.With up to 25% travel, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the development and adoption of innovative hematology therapies.
