SALES DIRECTOR / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR -National University Organization: Northern University – Academies Division Reports To: Senior Vice President, Academies Location: Fully remote POSITION OVERVIEW The Sales Director/Executive Director for Harmony Academy is a strategic leadership role supporting the Senior Vice President of the Academies. You will serve as Chief Revenue Officer for the Academies division and oversee the Harmony Academy's transformation from a philanthropic-focused model to a revenue-generating educational technology enterprise. This is a player-coach leadership position requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution capabilities.
