Executive Business Partner, India

About the Team We are looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner to support our GM, India and our VP of India Sales, based in Mumbai. This person will help both leaders operate with clarity, focus, and momentum across India-specific priorities, India regional work, and HQ partnership. You will manage highly dynamic calendars, complex travel, internal and external communications, and operating rhythms that keep leaders and teams aligned across markets and time zones. You will also serve as a key point of contact for executives visiting India from HQ, helping coordinate local context, schedules, logistics, and meetings. This is a high-trust role that requires excellent judgment, discretion, cross-cultural fluency, and the ability to move quickly without losing precision. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments; enjoys creating order and systems; and is energized by supporting leaders who operate across geographies, functions, and stakeholder groups.
