About the Role As a Staff Accountant, your main responsibilities are to lead and support the finance team through training and coaching, manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate reconciliation of financial records, and prepare key financial reports. You will also assist with budgeting and forecasting, support month- and year-end closings, ensure regulatory compliance—including tax filings across multiple jurisdictions—and collaborate with external auditors during audits.
