This is a fully remote opportunity for a Marketing Automation Manager supporting a portfolio of SaaS solutions serving service-based businesses.You’ll own the execution and optimization of scalable lifecycle marketing programs across the customer journey.The role combines strategic lifecycle thinking with hands-on campaign building, automation, segmentation, personalization, and quality assurance.You’ll directly contribute to pipeline efficiency, conversion, customer retention, expansion, cross-sell, and long-term customer value.Working primarily with Marketo and connected CRM systems, you’ll turn business objectives into measurable, data-driven customer journeys.You’ll collaborate closely with Growth, Digital, Customer Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, creative, and analytics teams.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing automation professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, distributed environment.
