This role is the central link between clients, warehouse operations, and event production teams, ensuring programs move smoothly from planning through delivery.You’ll own client relationships, manage logistics, translate changing requirements into clear execution plans, and keep complex programs on schedule.The role is highly hands-on, with significant involvement in event kit preparation, packing, asset management, and quality control.You’ll work across fast-moving event environments where priorities can shift quickly and last-minute changes are part of the job.Your experience in event production will help you anticipate on-site challenges, protect timelines, and ensure every kit arrives complete and ready for use.You’ll also contribute to improving operational systems and creating repeatable processes as the programs and client portfolio grow.This is a fully remote contract opportunity with frequent travel to a warehouse facility in Charlotte, North Carolina, and occasional travel to client or ...
