Events Operations Lead

The Events Operations Lead will be the operational backbone of a high-impact global events program.You’ll oversee the execution of approximately 55 events annually, ensuring every detail is delivered on time and on budget.The role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, operations, finance, design, vendors, and event organizers.You’ll own event logistics, contracts, invoicing, procurement, shipping, onsite coordination, and internal communications.Working in a fast-moving environment, you’ll bring structure and calm to constantly evolving priorities and timelines.You’ll also help build repeatable systems and playbooks that make the events operation more scalable and efficient.This is an ideal opportunity for an organized, hands-on events professional who takes pride in flawless execution.
