About this role:


An Events Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of digital and on-site marketing events, from initial event strategy to post-event analysis. They work closely with vendors and project managers to ensure seamless execution, timely collateral creation, and flawless on-site event management. The manager plays a pivotal role in driving B2C revenue and free trials and B2B lead generation campaigns associated with events. They collaborate with internal teams like creative, product marketing, and sales to develop marketing materials and ensure events align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives. Their goal is to create memorable, impactful event experiences that resonate with attendees and drive business goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Owning the comprehensive events strategy and calendar for the organization
  • Leading and ensuring the success of all event preparation and execution
  • Managing relationships with vendors, partners, organizers, and attendees
  • Developing and implementing revenue and lead generation campaigns
  • Collaborating with the lifecycle team to develop a high-impact events funnel
  • Scheduling, budgeting, and booking events
  • Planning marketing and promotional materials for events

Requirements:

  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Creativity and an eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel for domestic and global events
  • Diplomacy, tact, and a customer-focused approach
  • 3+ years of experience within the Christian market
  • Excellent understanding of pastors’ and academics’ needs
  • Experience in B2B and B2C communication

Logos salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on each remote job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
