You’ll help keep schedules, communications, timelines, and logistics organized so that every event runs smoothly. The role combines administrative coordination, client communication, and attention to detail within a fast-moving environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams to manage time-sensitive requests and ensure important information is accurately tracked. Your contribution will help create a professional, seamless experience for clients before, during, and after events.
