Location and Flexibility

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/ week or 8 days/ month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/ week or 12 days/ month). Our WFN culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.

The Opportunity
The Event Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and administration of field marketing and partner marketing activations for TELUS Digital. This role is highly operational and detail-oriented, ensuring that events are set up for success through strong coordination, accurate data, and timely delivery of assets and information to internal teams.

Responsibilities

- Build, update, and manage event landing pages on the TELUS Digital website and third-party
event platforms

- Coordinate event logistics support, including ordering and managing swag for:

- Event-specific needs:

- Partner-specific activations

- Ongoing inventory and stock

- Assist in confirming and refining target audiences for field and partner events

- Utilize event intelligence and attendee data tools to:

- Analyze expected audiences

- Share actionable insights with digital marketing, sales hunters, and account owners

- Maintain accurate event documentation, timelines, and tracking spreadsheets

- Support partner marketing efforts by ensuring alignment on assets, audience, and execution details

- Act as a central point of coordination to keep event-related administrative tasks running smoothly and on schedule


QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of experience in a corporate marketing or event management setting.

- Understanding of general marketing campaign principles and tools
- Strong data management skills

- A passionate and charismatic persona
