This role is focused on supporting and evolving critical mainframe environments and database systems in complex enterprise settings.You will work extensively with z/OS, Enterprise COBOL, CICS, DB2, CA-IDMS, VSAM, and related IBM technologies.The position combines application development, database expertise, performance analysis, and technical troubleshooting.You will contribute to both online and batch processing environments while supporting reliable, high-availability systems.The role also offers exposure to DevOps practices, code quality, service-oriented architecture, and business modeling.Strong autonomy, technical judgment, and communication skills will be important when working across complex systems and business requirements.This is an opportunity to contribute to technology projects where stability, performance, and modernization are essential to business operations.
