This role is responsible for leading the evolution of a digital account-opening journey designed for underage customers.You will own the end-to-end registration funnel, from initial intent through successful account activation.The position combines product strategy, data analysis, user discovery, experimentation, and journey optimization.A key focus will be identifying abandonment drivers and removing the most significant conversion barriers.You will balance growth and customer experience with security, compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.The role requires close collaboration with Design, Engineering, Data, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support teams.It is an opportunity to shape a complex, high-impact product journey involving both young users and their legal guardians.
