The ERA Exceptions Posting Specialist plays a key role in ensuring healthcare claim payments are accurately researched, processed, and resolved.You’ll investigate payment exceptions identified through Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and payer documentation.The role requires strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of insurance payment processes, and a commitment to timely resolution.You’ll work with electronic 835 files and manual Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), applying accurate payment, denial, and adjustment information.Your work will directly support accurate revenue cycle operations and high-quality service for healthcare clients nationwide.This is a collaborative, fast-paced remote opportunity suited to professionals who enjoy problem-solving and maintaining financial accuracy.
