Equipment Finance Operations Manager

This is a hands-on operations leadership role responsible for managing the full documentation and closing lifecycle of Equipment Finance transactions.You will oversee complex commercial loan and lease documentation, ensuring transactions are accurate, compliant, and ready for funding.The role requires strong judgment when reviewing conditions, resolving documentation discrepancies, and identifying potential operational or fraud risks.You will work closely with customers, dealers, sales, credit, collections, accounting, and external agencies to keep transactions moving efficiently.A key part of the position is ensuring proper titling, lien perfection, and collateral documentation across the transaction lifecycle.You will also lead and develop an operations team while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, controls, and overall efficiency.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident making decisions in a fast-paced environment with demanding funding deadlines.
