Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager

This role offers the opportunity to strengthen enterprise compliance, risk management, and governance programs within a mission-driven, technology-enabled organization. As part of the Legal team, you will help ensure consistent execution across a broad and evolving portfolio of compliance and integrity obligations. You will oversee policy management, regulatory deadlines, case preparation, and internal compliance inquiries while partnering with leaders across the organization. The position combines operational coordination, investigative support, analytical work, and stakeholder engagement. You will also contribute to identifying risks, improving processes, and strengthening governance practices. This is a U.S.-based remote opportunity with twice-yearly travel requirements and a strong focus on collaboration, discretion, and organizational impact.
