About the Role Dado is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships with a small portfolio of enterprise customers. This role combines strategic consulting, product implementation, and hands-on problem solving. You will work closely with customers to design and optimize their people processes using the Dado platform, ensuring they achieve measurable value from the product. You will guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption while identifying opportunities to expand platform usage across their organization. You will also collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to share feedback and improve the platform based on customer needs. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, learning complex products quickly, and proactively solving operational challenges.
