Our partner is looking for a Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Integration & Data Migration Lead based in Spain. This is a remote freelance opportunity focused on leading enterprise-scale EAM data migration and integration initiatives.The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise across complex transformation programs.You will own migration strategy, ETL design, data quality, reconciliation, rehearsal cycles, and production cutovers.Working across business and technical teams, you will translate EAM requirements into robust migration rules and specifications.The position requires strong knowledge of asset management processes, master data, and enterprise EAM platforms.You will play a critical role in reducing migration risk and ensuring accurate, audit-ready data throughout the transformation lifecycle.The engagement supports a major transformation within the pharmaceutical industry and requires 40 hours per week.
