About the Role:
As an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) – EMEA (MoD/ MoI) at Skydio, you will drive strategic growth across Ministries of Defense, Ministries of Interior, Armed Forces, national police, border security agencies, and other sovereign government organizations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
You will own and expand a defined portfolio of defense and internal security accounts, developing deep relationships across operational commands, procurement authorities, civil protection leadership, innovation units, and executive stakeholders. Your focus will be enabling mission-critical adoption of Skydio’s autonomous UAS solutions in support of ISR, force protection, border security, counter-UAS, disaster response, public safety operations, and critical infrastructure protection.
You will operate within complex, multi-country government procurement environments, navigating framework agreements, sovereign security requirements, compliance standards, and multi-year acquisition cycles. This is a unique opportunity to scale Skydio’s presence as a trusted autonomy partner supporting both national defense and internal security missions across EMEA
This role must be based in Switzerland, Germany, or Finland.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Drive new business development across Ministries of Defence, Ministries of Interior, Armed Forces, national police, gendarmerie forces, border security, and civil protection agencies
- Own and execute mission-aligned account strategies tied to national security, modernization, and public safety capability priorities
- Develop territory plans targeting defense modernization programs, internal security technology upgrades, and national UAS enablement initiatives
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned to complex public-sector procurement cycles, meeting or exceeding annual and multi-year revenue objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of customer missions — from military ISR and force protection to law enforcement tactical operations and emergency response — positioning Skydio as a force multiplier
- Establish trusted relationships across operational end users, procurement officials, technical evaluators, policy stakeholders, and executive leadership
