Enrollment Specialist

This remote role gives you the opportunity to make a direct impact on patients by helping them access proactive, technology-enabled healthcare programs.As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients referred to chronic care management and remote patient monitoring services.You will educate patients about available programs, answer questions, address concerns, and guide them through a seamless enrollment experience.The role combines high-volume patient communication, technology, attention to detail, and compassionate customer service.You’ll work closely with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure patients receive the support and resources they need.Success requires empathy, resilience, strong organization, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while meeting enrollment goals.The position is fully remote and offers training, professional development, and opportunities to grow within a healthcare-focused environment.
