Engineering Team Lead, Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Our partner is looking for a Engineering Team Lead, Identity & Access Management (IAM) based in Canada. This is a high-impact engineering leadership role responsible for shaping identity, authentication, and authorization capabilities across a modern technology platform. You’ll lead a growing team while influencing how secure, scalable access solutions are designed and adopted across multiple engineering teams. The role combines people leadership, delivery ownership, technical judgment, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with Product and senior technical leaders to shape strategy, manage dependencies, and guide important technical decisions. Because the IAM team is still evolving, you’ll have meaningful influence over its operating model, standards, and adoption across the organization.
