Lead a distributed engineering team responsible for a critical customer-deployed virtual appliance connecting private environments with cloud-based services.Own engineering execution, team development, delivery predictability, and the platform’s technical evolution.Work closely with Product, Security, Architecture, Support, and Release Engineering to deliver reliable customer outcomes.Guide a team working across Linux, virtualization, containerization, vulnerability management, and customer-deployed software.Balance roadmap delivery with operational priorities, incident response, security remediation, and platform reliability.Champion modern AI and LLM capabilities to improve engineering quality, decision-making, and delivery efficiency.This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a technically engaged manager who thrives in complex, distributed environments.
