Engineering Manager - Small Biz Experience

The role / impact As an Engineering Manager, you will drive the delivery of high-quality software by leading a high-performing inclusive team focused on Xero's front end competitiveness. You will act as the technical anchor, balancing predictable roadmap delivery with a relentless focus on team growth, technical excellence, and driving product delivery velocity while upholding operational excellence. Your leadership will guide the team to hone their craft, champion AI-native workflows, and resolve complex technical challenges. By defining and delivering executable engineering plans that align with business goals, you will positively impact the user and developer experience across the whole of Xero.
