About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Engineering Manager to lead our Production Services team and drive our global infrastructure platform. You'll architect and manage production systems supporting CrowdStrike's cybersecurity platform serving millions of endpoints globally, while leading a high-performance team of Systems Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers.
What You'll Do:
Lead and scale an engineering team responsible for CrowdStrike's global production infrastructure
Drive technical strategy for large-scale distributed systems supporting millions of security endpoints
Implement AI/ML solutions for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and automated remediation
Build and mentor a world-class team while establishing career development frameworks
Drive automation initiatives reducing manual operational overhead by thousands of hours annually
Establish SLAs, operational metrics, and incident response processes for global infrastructure reliability
What You'll Need:
Leadership & Experience:
10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years leading technical teams of 5+ engineers
Proven track record delivering $100M+ in cost savings through infrastructure optimization
Experience scaling engineering organizations and cross-functional collaboration
Technical Expertise:
Deep expertise in large-scale distributed infrastructure (5M+ servers/endpoints preferred)
Strong background in ML Engineering and AI applications for infrastructure optimization
Expert-level experience with Kubernetes, virtualization, cloud platforms, and bare metal orchestration
Proficiency in infrastructure automation, CI/CD systems, and configuration management at scale
Experience with observability platforms, log aggregation, and event-driven architecture
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Communication & Strategy:
Experience presenting technical strategies to executive leadership
Strong project management skills with complex, multi-quarter initiative delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences
Bonus Points:
Experience with cybersecurity infrastructure, threat detection platforms, or security operations
Background in Agentic AI, LLM applications, and advanced ML model deployment
Track record of building self-service platforms serving hundreds of users
Experience with federated platform architectures and statistical analysis
Advanced certifications in cloud platforms, ML, or infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to reduce time-to-production from months to weeks through platform improvements

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
