Engineering Manager - Platform Infrastructure

The Platform team creates the technology that enables Spotify to learn quickly and scale easily, enabling rapid growth in our users and our business around the globe. Spanning many disciplines, we work to make the business work; creating the infrastructure, tooling, frameworks, and capabilities needed to welcome a billion customers. The Platform Developer Experience (PDX) team builds the infrastructure and internal products that power how Spotify engineers ship software. Within PDX, the Platform Infrastructure team is building the next generation of cloud and compute foundations that power our internal developer platform and the AI agents running on top of it, and help bring those capabilities to market through Portal, Spotify's external developer platform built on Backstage.
