Engineering Manager - Mobile

The role / impact As an Engineering Manager, you will drive the delivery of high-quality software by leading one of our high-performing mobile engineering teams. You will act as the technical anchor, balancing roadmap delivery with a relentless focus on team growth, system health, and code quality. Your influence ensures a delicate balance between short-term product velocity and long-term operational excellence. You will guide your team to hone their craft, championing AI-native workflows and resolving complex technical challenges to deliver impactful outcomes. By translating high-level business goals into executable engineering plans, you will make informed, data-driven decisions that align with Xero’s mission to make running a business beautiful.
