An overview of this role

As an Engineering Manager at GitLab, you see your team as your most valuable product. In this role, you will lead the Tenant Services, Geo team. Geo is a feature that replicates data from a GitLab instance to a warm-standby, used as a solution in data migrations and for disaster recovery. The Tenant Services Geo team will be responsible for supporting GitLab Dedicated customer migrations and Geo-related escalations across GitLab.com’s Dedicated offering, excluding FedRAMP environments.
