This is a senior engineering leadership opportunity focused on scaling software quality, test automation, and engineering excellence.You’ll lead and develop a high-performing SDET organization responsible for automation, performance, and reliability.The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on technical leadership across web, mobile, API, and cloud-native environments.You’ll shape automation frameworks, strengthen CI/CD quality practices, and champion shift-left testing across the software development lifecycle.You’ll also explore GenAI and AI-agent capabilities to improve testing productivity, coverage, and intelligent analysis.Working closely with engineering and release teams, you’ll help deliver reliable software at significant scale and speed.The environment is remote-first, fast-moving, and designed for leaders who value ownership, innovation, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
