This is a high-impact engineering leadership role focused on modernizing and scaling a complex frontend platform.You will lead a team of 3–5 engineers while remaining deeply engaged in technical strategy and execution.The role centers on building a modular, mobile-optimized architecture using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend patterns.You will guide a major transition from Angular to React while advancing Micro Frontends, Module Federation, and cross-platform experiences.Working closely with Product, Design, Architecture, Mobile, and Backend teams, you will shape platform-level priorities and engineering standards.You will also mentor engineers, strengthen development practices, and drive reliable solutions across multiple applications and teams.This is an opportunity to influence both the technology roadmap and the people and culture behind a modern frontend organization.
