Engineering Manager, Fraud & Identity Platform

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager, Fraud & Identity Platform based in Canada. This is a high-impact engineering leadership role focused on protecting a large-scale digital marketplace and the people who rely on it. You’ll lead a team responsible for foundational identity, authentication, verification, and fraud-risk capabilities that underpin account security and marketplace integrity. The role combines technical strategy, people leadership, and operational excellence across complex, distributed systems. You’ll work closely with Product, Security, Fraud, Data Science, Legal, Operations, and external technology partners to solve sophisticated, adversarial problems at scale. You’ll also help shape how AI and risk signals are incorporated into identity and fraud decisioning while maintaining strong privacy, safety, and compliance standards.
