Engineering Manager, Corporate Integrations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager, Corporate Integrations based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to build a new Corporate Integrations engineering team from the ground up.You’ll recruit and develop a team of three engineers while establishing engineering practices, processes, and stakeholder relationships.The team will own integrations connecting critical corporate systems across areas such as finance, billing, and procurement.You’ll translate business processes into scalable integration designs, APIs, and reliable data flows that support other engineering teams.The role combines people leadership, technical direction, architecture, and hands-on contribution during the early stages of team formation.You’ll shape the team’s backlog and roadmap in close partnership with business stakeholders who bring deep knowledge of their operational processes.Working within a fully remote engineering organization, you’ll help mature development practices around cloud infrastructure, testing, delivery, security, and observability.
