Engineering Manager - Arcnine

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager - Arcnine based in Brazil. This is a hands-on engineering leadership opportunity focused on building a new trading platform from the ground up. You will lead a team of full-stack and backend engineers through product development, launch, and early-stage iteration. Working closely with Product, Design, founders, and the CTO, you will help shape both the technical direction and the engineering organization. The role combines people leadership with active involvement in architecture, code reviews, delivery, reliability, and production operations. You will work in a performance-critical environment where speed, execution, and system reliability directly affect the customer experience. This is an ideal setting for an engineering leader who enjoys ownership, ambiguity, and building scalable teams and systems from the ground up.
