Engineering Manager, AI Product Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager, AI Product Development based in Mexico. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role focused on building and scaling AI-enabled products and modern software platforms.You’ll lead a team of senior engineers while remaining deeply involved in architecture, technical decisions, and complex implementation challenges.The role combines people leadership, product partnership, and technical execution in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.You’ll help drive the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic development practices to improve productivity, quality, testing, and delivery speed.Working across frontend, backend, data, cloud, and AI systems, you’ll shape scalable solutions while balancing performance, maintainability, cost, and speed.You’ll also influence engineering culture, delivery practices, reliability, security, and modernization initiatives.This opportunity is well suited to an experienced engineering leader who enjoys developing people while staying close to technology and innovation.
