Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of a high-performing engineering team in a fast-growing SaaS environment.You will combine technical leadership with people management, staying close enough to the work to guide decisions and maintain engineering quality.Working closely with Product, Design, and senior engineering leadership, you will turn priorities into clear plans and reliable delivery.You will help the team identify risks early, remove bottlenecks, and balance speed with long-term technical stability.The role offers meaningful ownership over engineering execution while providing a clear path toward broader engineering leadership.You will also contribute to hiring, onboarding, team development, and the evolution of engineering practices as the organization scales.
