THE ROLE
As an Engineering Manager in the Engagement & Platform Squad, you will lead the team behind two critical drivers of our growth: building cross-product engagement capabilities — such as in-app communication, referrals, loyalty programs, and customer support — and shaping the architecture of our BackOffice platform that powers internal operations. You will set technical direction, elevate engineering standards, and ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable systems that serve customers around the world.
This is a high-impact leadership role with meaningful ownership. You will support and grow a team of engineers while partnering closely with Product, Data, and Growth to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and sustained business impact.

- Evolve Engineering Practices: Improve tooling, workflows, and processes to support long-term quality and velocity.
- Lead With Care: Conduct regular 1:1s, manage performance, and support engineers’ growth and career progression.
