ABOUT THE ROLE We're a fast-moving, early-stage B2B SaaS company building products in the identity and access management space. We're looking for an Engineering Lead to guide a small-to-medium engineering team, shape our technical direction, and drive the delivery of reliable, scalable software. This role blends hands-on technical judgment with people leadership — you'll set the bar for engineering quality while building an empowered, ownership-driven team culture.
