Engineering and Construction Supervisor

The Engineering and Construction Supervisor leads field execution for new transmission facilities, modifications, and maintenance projects.You will oversee contractor teams ranging from approximately 20 to more than 100 personnel on projects valued at up to $20 million.The role combines onsite construction management, safety and quality oversight, scheduling, budget awareness, and stakeholder coordination.You will ensure contractors follow engineering specifications, drawings, operating procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.The position also provides opportunities to mentor construction engineering talent and influence constructability and project execution strategies.Success requires strong leadership, communication, adaptability, and the ability to resolve field issues before they affect safety, cost, quality, or schedule.The role may involve extended out-of-town assignments, shift work, overtime, and storm-related call-outs depending on project needs.
