Engineer - Salesforce

The role / impact In this role, you will deliver well-structured, high-quality features across Xero's Salesforce platform and connected sales tools over a 3 to 6 month horizon. You will connect each feature to customer and business outcomes, using data, customer insights, and AI tools to make thoughtful trade-offs between speed and engineering quality. Working across teams and with cross-functional stakeholders, you will bring clarity to technical solution designs, improve engineering practices, and elevate overall system scalability. You will also mentor team members, contribute to incident response, and ensure reliable, zero-impact production deployments.
