This is an opportunity for an experienced construction estimator to contribute to high-end hospitality and residential development projects across international markets. You will take ownership of detailed cost estimation, budgeting, and cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle. The role is heavily focused on AACE Class 3 and Class 2 estimates, while also supporting earlier-stage Class 5 and Class 4 estimates. You will work closely with project managers, architects, designers, engineers, procurement specialists, contractors, and client representatives. Your analysis will directly support commercial decisions, procurement strategies, project planning, and cost control. The position offers significant autonomy, requiring accuracy, strong judgment, and consistent delivery of high-quality reports.
