Engagement Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engagement Manager based in India. This is a commercially driven leadership role focused on managing strategic client relationships and growing a portfolio of IT services engagements.You will combine account management, revenue expansion, commercial ownership, delivery governance, technical solutioning, and people leadership.The role requires close engagement with senior stakeholders, including VP and C-suite contacts, while ensuring strong client satisfaction and retention.You will identify and develop opportunities across upselling, cross-selling, renewals, team extensions, and new business within existing accounts.You will also oversee commercial performance, delivery health, project governance, profitability, and account-level risks.The position offers the opportunity to translate Cloud, DevOps, AI, and custom software capabilities into compelling business solutions.This role is well suited to an experienced technology services leader who can balance growth, delivery excellence, commercial outcomes, and long-term client relationships.
