Enablement Specialist, Perplexity Computer

Perplexity is seeking an Enablement Specialist to help enterprise customers build the knowledge, confidence, and repeatable practices required to reach value with Perplexity Computer. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical fluency, strong facilitation, and a track record of building onboarding and adoption programs that scale. About the role Perplexity Computer enables customers to build AI-powered workflows that navigate tools, interact with applications, and complete multi-step work. Helping organizations adopt this new way of working requires more than a product demonstration or one-time kickoff. Enablement Specialists design and deliver the programs that move customers from initial access to confident, sustained use. You will create onboarding journeys for different levels of readiness, lead customer workshops and office hours, diagnose adoption barriers, and turn repeated questions into scalable guidance.
