ABOUT THE TEAM The Adoption, Innovation, and Transformation team within OpenAI for Government helps government organizations turn OpenAI products into durable capabilities and measurable mission impact. We work alongside public servants to move from initial exploration to confident, responsible, organization-wide use of AI. Our work combines hands-on enablement, adoption strategy, deployment support, community, content, and practical transformation tailored to government missions and operating environments. By translating the potential of OpenAI’s technology into better individual workflows, stronger teams, and improved public services, we help government customers deepen adoption, build lasting organizational capability, and spend more time on mission.
