We are looking for an Employment Counsel EMEA to join our Employment Legal team based in Remote, London, reporting to the Head of Employment Legal. As part of the world’s cloud security leader, you will help provide a strong foundation for growth by ensuring our global infrastructure and culture remain compliant and legally sound across the UK, France, and Germany. You will provide pragmatic advice and counsel to Zscaler’s EMEA People & Culture team on a diverse range of labor and employment matters.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Provide pragmatic advice on EMEA employment matters including directives, privacy, pay equity, recruiting, and employee relations

  • Collaborate with People & Culture teams to ensure total compliance with employment laws across the EMEA region

  • Stay informed of evolving employment laws to pro
