Employment & Corporate Counsel

This role provides strategic and practical legal guidance across employment, HR, corporate, and commercial matters.Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will serve as the primary legal advisor for employee-related legal issues across the full employment lifecycle.You will partner closely with People/HR leadership and senior business stakeholders to provide clear, actionable advice in a fast-moving environment.The role also offers broad exposure to commercial contracting, corporate governance, business initiatives, and organizational growth.You will help develop scalable policies and processes while identifying and proactively managing legal and compliance risks.Success requires strong legal judgment, discretion, communication skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical business solutions.This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, technology-oriented organization while working across a diverse range of legal matters.
