This role serves as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters across a growing organization.You’ll partner closely with People leadership, business leaders, and Legal to address performance, conduct, conflict, and workplace concerns.The position balances employee advocacy, organizational culture, risk mitigation, and consistent application of policies and practices.You’ll lead and support sensitive workplace investigations involving issues such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations.The role also provides an opportunity to strengthen manager capability through training, guidance, and practical employee relations resources.Using case data, trends, and employee insights, you’ll help identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen the overall employee experience.This is an impactful position for a thoughtful, discreet, and confident HR professional who can navigate challenging situations with sound judgment and empathy.
